Groundbreaking Ceremony: Greystone Energy Systems Inc. Building New Headquarters in Moncton, NB
May 22, 2024, will mark the official start of construction on Greystone Energy Systems’ new global headquarters, located in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada. With over 78,000 square feet of mixed office and manufacturing space, this new building will be double the size of Greystone’s current Moncton facility. This new state of the art building is being constructed to support increasing order fulfillment needs and Greystone’s growing market position as a global leader in the supply of peripheral devices to the HVAC industry. Completion is planned for early 2025.
Design of Greystone’s new headquarters began in 2023 and includes 37,000 square feet of modern office space on two floors with many employee-centric amenities including fitness facility, cafeteria, multi-denominational prayer room, training and demonstration center, and outdoor patio area. Additionally, this new facility will have 41,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehousing space with the potential to add 41,000 square feet on the same site as needed.
Plans for the new facility also include a focus on sustainability and in particular LEED Certification. LEED is a globally recognized green building certification for buildings employing best-in-class construction and operating practices with the aim of reducing carbon emissions and supporting energy efficient operations.
