Dear Valued Customer,
First of all, let me reiterate how much we appreciate your continued support as we work our way through the challenges of our new reality.
We are moving into a new phase here at Greystone. We have lived with Covid-19 for some time and we have operated under a State of Emergency for over two months now. Given that the realities of this new way of working seem to be with us for the foreseeable future we are choosing to turn the page.
We are moving from an environment where the pandemic has been in control of our decision making, to a situation where we are taking back control and moving forward with operating our business under the new realities we are all living with.
Throughout this period we have continued to manage our supply chain, manufacture some of the best and most reliable products in the industry, provide world class on time order fulfillment and develop new innovative solutions. All with the vision of being the best independent supplier to the HVAC industry in the world.
We will continue in that spirit as we move forward. And we look forward to strengthening our relationship with
you as we both progress.
Unless things change this will be our last Covid-19 update. We are in a new normal and we need to get back to business. As always, we remain willing and able to supply all your product needs and look forward to working with you as the world begins to recover from our recent challenges.
